We would like to hear views from patients and carers who have experienced using the Mental Health Crisis Response and Home Treatment Service.
Through this feedback and the feedback we hope to identify where things are working well and areas where improvement may be needed within the service overall to help provide:
We are also looking at how the service, within the Mental Health Crisis Pathway, work together and hope to get a clear understanding of gaps and duplication within the system.
